HOW DO I KNOW MY FINGER SIZE?

Please ensure you choose the correct finger size when making a purchase. The most reliable way to know your finger size is to get them professionally measured at your local jewellery store, if you are buying jewellery regularily I recommend you purchase a ring sizer from my website and follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are at a 'normal' temperature, our fingers swell and shrink depending if we are hot or cold, keep this in mind when measuring your finger size.

2.  The ring sizer works like a zip tie, place it on your finger and zip it tight, enough so that it doesn't naturally fall off but loose enough so you can get it off without adjusting the size.

3. Note down the reading.

Naturally, during the hotter months your rings will feel tighter as our fingers swell and shrink during the colder months.

I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE RING, CAN I GET IT RESIZED?

If a ring you have purchased from me needs resizing please get in touch via email with your order number and I will let you know if a resize is possible. Not all rings can be resized, this can be due to various reasons including stone setting/type of stone, pattern or engraving. I can only resize a ring few sizes up and down.
