RETURN/REFUND
Not every item is refundable. Non-refundable items include: bespoke/custom designs, resized rings, sale items and damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved the product in, it must also be in the original packaging. Once I have recieved the item and inspected you will recieve an email verifying the approval or rejection of your refund and the reasons associated.
Please get in touch directly via email if you require a refund, I cannot guarentee every item is refundable and in these cases I may suggest an exchange.
HANDMADE PRODUCT
All of my items are handmade, therefore each item is subject to imperfections and differences, while I do my absolute best to ensure each product is created equally with love and care, imperfections are inevitable. It is my right to decide which imperfections are acceptable.
CHANGE TO SERVICE AND PRICES
I reserve the right at any time to modify/change/discontinue any item and service and their prices.
